Terms & Conditions of the Small Retailers Coalition By completing this form, I assert that I, or the company I represent, operate a small retail business that sells gasoline and diesel motor vehicle fuels to consumers. I am concerned that the current structure of EPA's Renewable Fuel Standard creates a competitive disadvantage for my business while failing to encourage increased use of renewable fuels. I believe that these problems could be corrected by amending the rule to move the point of obligation under the RFS rule to rack sellers. I agree to participate in a coalition of similarly affected small retailers for the purpose of exchanging information and uniting our voices so that we can more effectively advocate our common interest in restructuring the Renewable Fuel Standard to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Congress, and other governmental bodies. As a member of the coalition, I authorise the coalition to identify me publicly as a supporter of moving the point of obligation under the Renewable Fuel Standard to rack sellers. I will not share pricing, product distribution, purchasing, or other competitively sensitive information with my fellow coalition members. I also agree not to distribute, forward, or otherwise share any sensitive information that the coalition may share with me about the activities and plans of the coalition with third parties who are not members of the coalition. I will do my best to participate actively and to support the activities of the coalition as needed.
